This concept plan originated from the desire to create a floor layout that surrounded a pool in the middle. Flanked on the right by a two car garage, and the left by the mater suite, the pool deck and pool have a cozy and oasis-like feel. The floor plan caters to one story living, having the master suite on the main floor along with 2 other bedrooms. Upstairs, the large bonus room could serve many purposes: 2nd master, 3rd bedroom, children's play room, gym room etc. The elevations are still being deveoped and may take any form they need to. One side note, is that the front 2nd story porch element mimics that of the Modern Italy house.
