Will Johnson Building is designing this plan in collaboration with Jay Fulkerson Architect. We work with Jay often and he is an exceptional architect. This plan was designed to fit Lot 584 in Chapel Ridge. The focus of the design was to capture the incredible golf course views out the rear of the house as well as create a plan that offers one floor living if desired, but also have room for guests if a situation was to arise that required more rooms. A key to successfull building and plan designing, is to build and design around the lot. This lot calls for a basement, and thus we have a basement house. By building to the lot, we can save valuable money and time spent doing unecessary grade and foundation work.
