During a layover in the airport, Ben took out a notebook and a couple of pens and started sketching ideas for a home for lot 187 in Chapel Ridge. This lot has an incredible view out the rear of the house and the rear left and right. The premise of these sketches was to design a plan that captured those views and also had a 3rd story master bedroom (not shown here) and a basement which would contain 2-3 bedrooms. This plan is still in very rough stages and will undergo major changes before it is complete, but for now, enjoy the sketches!
