The Simplicity plan was designed to be a cost efficient home plan to build. Simplicity was originally designed for a client who wanted a ranch/craftsman style house. The main goal for this plan was to create an open floor plan with a basement, in the most affordable manner possible. Our target size was 2,500sqft. To accomplish this goal we chose a box and rectangle approach, hence the name simplicity. This approach allowed us to use a simple roof and foundation structure which saves valuable money that can then be used on important finishes like mouldings and cabinetry on the inside of the home
