Will Johnson, President, has been building homes in the Chapel Hill area for 29 years- since his graduation in 1976 from Furman University.

Will has lived in Chapel Hill for over 40 years. The son of a local UNC vascular surgeon, George Johnson, and family counselor, Marian Johnson - Will is firmly grounded in the Chapel Hill and surrounding community. You benefit by having your own professional builder who will stay in the community long term.

Laurie Johnson, Vice-President, handles the financial and accounting responsibilities of the firm. Will still examines every invoice for your project, but Laurie's financial assistance allows him to focus on the details of your home. Ask us how we segregate your funds- to ensure their safety.

Laurie is a Georgia Tech graduate and an Atlanta native. She has lived in Chapel Hill since 1980, and her parents, Charles and Jerry Huff, have retired here. Laurie understands how hard it is to relocate, particularly at retirement age.

Mike, Juan, & John, our onsite employees, provide paint, interior and final trim services. Their attention to detail is unmatched in this area. Our clients enjoy their services many years later, when they want to change paint colors in their homes, or update rooms.

Will Johnson personally monitors each step from start to finish of your project. He makes a DAILY visit to your project, drawing upon his 30 years of experience. He knows that the benefits of his experience and management of your project is too important to delegate to a supervisor.

Only the most experienced subcontractors and craftsmen are employed in the creation of your home. Our subcontractors are long term, established firms that stand behind their work. Stop by our project sites and ask the craftsmen their opinion of Will.

We have a special working relationship with local architect, Jay Fulkerson. We find his plans to be structurally sound while visually appealing. However, we are happy to work with the architect or designer of your choice.
