Our Team
While it is true that our subcontractors are key in delivering such great homes, it is no doubt, that our core team is the backbone of our business. Our team-approach to building is largely responsible for our success in the homes we create. Everyone brings a unique, and equally important quality to every project we do. We foster the notion of teamwork amongst each other, as well as our homeowners. When someone builds a home or renovation with us, they become part of our team in that process. Whether it be Mike, Juan, & John carefully installing hardwood floors to insure no cracking occurs, or Ben and Rebecca figuring out cabinet trim, we all touch the project in a meaningful and special way.

Will President of WJBC. Oversees all jobs, does all the estimating and job scheduling. Heads up sales and customer call backs. Maintains strategic planning. |

Laurie Handles all book keeping duties for WJBC, including company payroll, taxes, job costing. Manages both company insurance including health care, general liability, home and auto insurance, workers compensation, and builders risk. |

Rebecca
Manages all product selections for each home. This includes helping clients make selections, making sure they stay within budget of allowances. This also includes making sure the selections are properly documented and signed off on. She is also in charge of working with clients to make sure the process is smooth. She assists in sales – meeting with prospects and correspondence as well as marketing. |

Ben CPBD, MCGP, CAPS, AIBD Residential home designer. Draws home plans and produces CAD drawings for our homes. Responsible for making sure home is built according to plans, the jobsite is kept clean and safe. Maintains website and designs marketing information. NCBDC certified. |
